寒くなってきたので、電子レンジで30秒温めて通学途中に手を温められる小さなカイロを作りたいと思っています。 さまざまな生地を選択し、2 つの長方形にカットします。ミシンを使って生地を縫い合わせ、米とエッセンシャルオイルを混ぜたものを充填します。私はラベンダーオイルを使っていますが、電子レンジにカイロを入れる前から、その香りで体が温かくなったように感じます。 As the days start getting colder, I want to make little hand warmers together, which they can heat in the microwave for 30 seconds, and then keep their hands warm on the way to school. There is a choice of different fabrics, which they will cut into two rectangles. Using the sewing machine, they will sew the fabrics together and fill with a mix of rice and essential oil. I have used Lavender oil in ours and the scent makes me feel warm, before I`ve even put the warmers in the microwave.
